UPL's Payment Systems team is pleased to announce process improvements for the MSU PCard Program.

Now, prospective cardholders will complete PCard training and obtain departmental approval prior to submitting their application in the Finance System (KFS). Additionally, when transferring units, cardholders no longer have to cancel their PCard; a PCMD eDoc with specific changes can be submitted to transfer the card.
