The MSU Lease Purchase Program, administered by University Procurement and Logistics (UPL), provides a financing option for departments that is ideal for emergency situations or unanticipated equipment purchases. In partnership with Infrastructure Planning and Facilities—and as part of a continued effort to enhance our service experiences—UPL is moving the program to Planon later this month.
In alignment with new European Union (EU) regulations aimed at strengthening safety and security, MSU's International Shipping form has been updated to include an Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number.
Please note that requests to purchase and install independent security systems and cameras must route through the MSU Police Department and MSU Information Technology. As such, purchases are disallowed through Spartan Marketplace.

Until further notice, Logistics and Mail Services will be holding all mail, packages, and University Stores orders destined for Berkey Hall or the MSU Union at 166 Service Road. Items will be available for pickup within University Stores, which is open from 7:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m., Monday - Friday. Please be prepared to provide your MSU ID and a tracking number, if applicable.
Please be advised that no incoming shipments will be received at 166 Service Road and no campus deliveries (including campus mail) will be made on February 14-15, 2023. There may be some delay in service once we reopen on Thursday, February 16.
