Hamper Rental Form

Conveniently move office items by renting hampers from University Stores.

Hampers are not to be used for recycling materials. Please contact MSU Recycling for requests of this manner.

• Small hampers rent for $1.50 per day, per hamper
  Large hampers rent for $2.50 per day, per hamper
• Hampers are usually delivered within 24 hours
• Requests are filled based on availability
• University Stores will pick up hampers after use, based on the date provided on form
• Additional costs may be incurred for product disposal if the hamper is not returned empty
• Fees for lost hampers: $100/small hamper and $150/large hamper
