Processing Mail

Campus customers are to work with MSU suppliers for the processing of large (over 200 pieces), discounted marketing mailings—formerly called "Bulk" or "Standard" mailings—that require ink-jetting, mail list processing, or inserting.

Our role

At Mail Services, we:

  • manage the MSU mail permit and postage funding
  • act as the liaison between the US Postal Service and MSU
  • fold and insert First Class mail into a window envelope
  • perform billing activities
  • ensure supplier compliance
