Applying for a PCard

The PCard is a credit card designed for the direct procurement of small dollar purchases by staff and faculty. Apply for a PCard in the Finance System.

Approvals Needed

As part of the application process, an appropriate departmental supervisor, fiscal officer, dean, director, or chairperson needs to approve the employee as a PCard cardholder via a signature on the Cardholder Agreement form.
