Spartan Marketplace

Spartan Marketplace is an online e-procurement solution that provides the MSU community with a centralized, convenient, cost-effective way to buy items using campuswide contracts. Using a "shopping cart" experience, MSU employees can select from thousands of items by "punching out" to supplier catalogs to make departmental purchases.

Spartan Marketplace is managed by University Procurement and Logistics. Supplier contracts are negotiated and awarded by Procurement.

University Stores is located in Spartan Marketplace.

  • Brand identity products (busness cards, letterhead, envelopes)

  • Maintenance, repair, and operating supplies
  • Office supplies
  • Scientific supplies    

Amazon Business (PCard only)

Through the MSU Amazon Business account, cardholders have access to:

  • Dedicated support 24/7
  • Pricing and quantity discounts on select items; price and inventory seven-day locks
  • Business Prime - includes a variety of shipping tools, free shipping on eligible items, and more
  • Products available only to Amazon Business customers
  • Restrictions on items per the PCard Manual and MSU Manual of Business Procedures (MBP).
