The Office of the Executive Vice President for Administration (EVPA) has announced a reorganization of UPL. Effective July 1, 2025, the reorganization aims to align UPL operations with the university’s evolving needs, address the unit’s operating deficit, and support long-term financial sustainability.
DHL has announced that their express shipping operations in Canada will be suspended effective Friday, June 20, 2025, at 12 a.m. ET. UPL Logistics is closely monitoring this change and will provide information on potential impacts to university inbound and outbound shipments as they become available.
The University Stores and shop.msu.edu storefront will be closed for inventory on Wednesday, May 28.
In observance of Memorial Day weekend, University Procurement and Logistics (UPL) will be closed on Monday, May 26. Due to the extended weekend, UPL is unable to accept hazardous materials shipments—including any shipments with dry ice—on Friday, May 23.
